morningtraining 10.00 –11.30 am middaysession 12.00 –1.00 pm lunchbreak 1.00– 2.00 pm earlyafternoon 2.00– 3.15 pm lateafternoon 3.30– 4.30 pm
£20 for the day’straining bring bokken, joand tanto if possible
sleep-over accommodation available free of charge via Meidokan Yoshinkan Aikido Association, NW London (bring sleeping bag / pillow / camping mattress asnecessary)
