Briefly Explained/Summarized: Top 10

  1. Be punctual
  2. Bow when you enter, bow to your sensei
  3. Forget everything else and train, you are here to train
  4. Focus! focus, and  focus.  Do not allow any form of distraction in your training
  5. Never argue a technique with your instructor or partner, when in doubt ask sensei
  6. Follow your instructor or designated instructor
  7. Never leave the mat without asking permission
  8. Sempai/Kohai strictly enforced, respect those who have trained before you
  9. Train more, talk less
  10. Concentrate!

Above are some of the things every member should be aware of.  Follow them with your heart.  Be attentive.  In this school our number one priority is SAFETY. No member/instructor/designated instructor is allowed to use unreasonoble force when applying aikido techniques.  Uke's are generally taught on how to receive the technique so that they are not hurt.

For your guidance.
