Ladies congratulations.....

You really deserved that promotion and I myself is very proud of you.

This is not a simply an award but this is symbolizing that you have given more additional responsibility to defend SYA and defend your belt.

In martial arts world; the high rank you achieve is the more responsibility you will have it....

In public situation;

If a person with no knowledge of Martial Arts is in trouble and beaten-up by his enemy ; public will normally immediately understand that person.

But if a person has a knowledge of Martial Arts regardless of what belt color he have the public will expect him to won any fight because he is a martial artist...........what if he lost the fight against with normal fighter??????.....do he still have a courage to face again publicly and tell them that he is a martial artist and received a lot of awards....??????? I don't think so.......

Guys, we need to do infinite hard practice to avoid those situations....as sensei mel told us last night during the shinza......."THE BEST TECHNIQUE IS NO TECHNIQUE".......Osu!...100% correct.

Once again, congratulations ladies.

Congratulations to all promoted students! It's also the holy month of Ramadan starting tomorrow!  A Ramadan mubarak to our muslim brothers.  Our new Ramadan schedule will typically remain the same.

Good job all despite the super harsh weather condition, so hot! you guys gave your all!  It must have been 40 deg but it really felt like 50 with a close to 100% humidity, it was a punishment!  As usual, we had nice dinner after at nearby Thai restaurant Phu Ping!

Back to basics again!  osu!
